Technical Support Internship

Eplanet Global Pakistan is looking for individuals to join our team as 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬.

Requirements:

👉Good English communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

👉Flexible to work night shifts

👉Must have a basic understanding of M365/O365 administration, including Sharepoint, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD/Intra, Outlook, Teams, Security & Compliance.

👉Familiarity with IT troubleshooting concepts and techniques.
