Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Executive to manage customer queries, site visits, installations, warranty checks, and technical resolution of battery and inverter-related issues in the field. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a hands-on understanding of lithium battery systems, solar integration, and BMS-level diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all technical complaints and service requests from dealers and customers
Perform onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and battery/inverter configuration
Provide remote or field support to installers and end-users
Maintain service logs, customer feedback, and coordinate with warehouse for replacements
Guide OEM/ODM clients during custom integration (technical parameters, spec clarification)
Train dealers and local technicians on installation and safe operation
Collaborate with engineering team to resolve advanced system concerns

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support (solar/lithium batteries/inverters)
Solid understanding of BMS, LiFePO4 cell specs, inverter communication protocols
Ability to read electrical diagrams, do site commissioning, and fault isolation
Hands-on experience with 12V / 24V / 48V systems up to high voltage (96V / 200V+)
Strong communication and reporting skills
Must be Karachi-based and willing to travel for site support

Preferred Qualifications:
DAE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or relevant engineering background
Previous experience with solar installers or lithium battery suppliers
Knowledge of safety protocols and warranty terms
