Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our advanced solar energy products including inverters, batteries, VFDs, and solar panels. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with dealers, installers, customers, and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and accurate technical assistance to dealers, installers, and end customers to resolve product-related issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults related to inverters, batteries, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and solar panels, both remotely and onsite.
Work closely with sales and service teams to communicate technical issues and provide effective solutions, contributing to enhanced customer experience.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all technical issues, customer communications, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to dealers and installers on product installation, usage, and troubleshooting methods.
Assist in product feedback collection and reporting, helping the R&D team improve future product designs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, field service, or a related role involving solar or electrical equipment.
Familiarity with solar energy systems and associated components is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
Deep technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and VFD systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical jargon for non-technical users.
Ability to provide both phone-based and onsite technical support as needed.
Competence in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment to analyze system performance.
