Key Responsibilities:
✅ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues related to systems, software, and hardware.
✅ Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process.
✅ Research and identify solutions to technical problems using both internal documentation and external resources.
✅ Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams, ensuring complex problems receive appropriate attention.
✅ Maintain accurate records of technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
✅ Create and update technical documentation to assist future troubleshooting and support processes.

Qualification:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills Required:
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
✔ Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
✔ Basic understanding of enterprise IT systems, software, and hardware.
✔ Ability to document processes and create clear, user-friendly guides.
✔ A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Working Hours:
✔ Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
✔ Saturday: Work from Home
