Xumerz Inc is looking for Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

A helper by nature, who enjoys assisting people with issues, in our case computer issues;

Taking ownership of customer issues, and seeing problems through to resolution.

Good spoken communicational skills (English language)

Get to the root of the hardware and software problems.

Troubleshooting technical issues, and working with software engineers on solutions.

Installing and configuring hardware and software.

Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

Communicating with clients, updating them on the problem solving.

Managing multiple cases at one time.

Log bugs and enhancement requests

Attend weekly meetings with the head-office.

Attention to details, and good problem-solving skills.

 

Technical Support Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Degree in computer science or information technology, or related.

Experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Windows.

Knowledge of Cloud computing will be a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal English communication.
