Description:

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration
  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations and proactively resolving system issues
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience as a support engineer
  • Must be flexible to cover any 24x7 shift (nights and weekends) as needed
