Technical Support Consultant

 

Description:

Joblogic, a UK-based product company and a leader in Field Service Management (FSM) software, is hiring a Technical Support Consultant for its Lahore office. This full-time role focuses on customer onboarding, data migration, technical support, and working with SQL databases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enabling a seamless transition for clients by handling data mapping, validation, import processes, and custom reporting.

With over 450+ employees across the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam, and operations spanning over two decades, Joblogic has recently entered a high-growth phase. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced team with a strong roadmap for professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data onboarding processes for new customers.

  • Validate and rectify customer data using advanced Excel functions.

  • Convert raw data into formatted import templates and upload using utilities.

  • Write and test SQL queries to extract data from Azure DB.

  • Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to gather technical requirements and guide data migration processes.

  • Maintain documentation and issue logs via Jira and internal platforms.

  • Respond to support requests and escalate technical issues according to SLAs.

  • Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.

  • Assist with internal data reporting using Excel and Power BI.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.


Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).

  • Working knowledge of SQL scripting and database handling.

  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or FSM sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.

  • Prior experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and conducting client-facing video calls.

  • Ability to handle technical documentation and root cause analysis.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Python for automation or scripting.

  • Experience working in Azure DevOps environments.

  • Prior hands-on use of Jira for issue tracking.

  • Basic understanding of modern relational databases.


Job Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Pakistan Time)
