Description:

Joblogic, a leading UK-based Field Service Management (FSM) software provider, is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in onboarding customers, managing data migration, and supporting existing clients by providing data solutions, writing SQL queries, and collaborating with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers during onboarding to ensure a smooth data migration process.
  • Gather, validate, and rectify customer data into Excel-formatted templates and import data using import utilities.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, sort raw data, and validate uploads.
  • Write and test custom SQL queries to extract data from Azure DB.
  • Manage customer support queries via Jira and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to analyze data import and manipulation requirements.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and provide customer-specific solutions.
  • Handle internal team reporting using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
  • Respond to escalations, troubleshoot issues, and provide bespoke solutions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, reporting, visualization).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a software solutions company (preferably within service management).
  • Strong SQL scripting knowledge for custom reports and data extraction.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and customer specification reports.
  • Experience with ticket tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Prior experience in client communication (emails, Zoom/Teams calls).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Python for automation and data analysis.
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of modern relational databases.
