Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service standards and using analytical skills to diagnose and address technical problems effectively. The role involves regular interaction with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns and ensure satisfaction with Cybersoft's solutions.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and expertise in effective Troubleshooting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Exceptional skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
