ZINAM Technologies (Private) Limited is a young technology company based in Karachi, working as a versatile support center for our parent company based in Canada.
Our parent company is a licensed Telecommunications company offering High-Speed Internet & Phone Services at affordable prices without compromising the quality of service.
- Our Customer Service / Sales position will be the frontline contact for all technical inquiries and sales requests.
- This position will be providing first-level technical support in areas of Fibre Internet, Cable internet, and VOIP Phones.
- Also, this position may require various duties and responsibilities related to information technology, network performance, monitoring, system analysis, fact-finding, and developing new processes and procedures.
- Candidates in this position may also be asked to perform and fulfill other duties where applicable and required.
RESPONSIBILITIE
- Provide sales & technical support/troubleshooting for internet, VoIP, and related inquiries.
- Test and troubleshoot various technology devices and components like Routers, Modems & Switches
- Configure & test different VOIP products and their features and functions
- Utilize best IT practices and support policies when dealing with customers and businesses
- Researching / developing/implementing new processes and procedures
- Using data to help troubleshoot/solve problems
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong fluency in Microsoft Office suite
- Technical knowledge (telecommunications, IP network, modems, etc.) is an asset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to track and meet job-related assignments
- Must have an ability to troubleshoot SIP Traffic, Monitoring & troubleshoot SIP Logs &
- Managing class 5 Switch is one of the core responsibilities.
- High school diploma required, College/University diploma or degree strongly preferred.
