Technical Service Engineer

 

Description:

(1) Responsible for the product service and technical support inPakistan.

(2) Regular technical support for training to major customers.

(3) Remote technical support for product issue via telephone call, email and social communication software or APPs.

(4) Field services including onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenace and customer visits.

(5) Collect product failures, output feedback of major quality issues, coordinate with staff in HQ in order to improve product quality.

(6) Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company.

 

Requirement

(1) Pakistan nationality. Electronic, electrical related subjects graduate, Electronic, electrical job related experience preferred.

(2) Strong independent learning ability, analytical ability and problem solving skills, good at handling customer relations.

(3) Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working. Good communication ability & team working. Well in task planning & target hitting.

(4) Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressue, willing to contribute to the company.

(5) Skilled in computing and Microsoft office software.

(6) Long-term stable work in Islamabad.
