Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical SEO Specialist located in Islamabad. The Technical SEO Specialist will be responsible for performing website audits, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring websites adhere to best practices. They will also troubleshoot technical SEO issues, develop solutions to improve website rankings, and stay updated on SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize website architecture, crawlability, and indexing
- Manage and improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement and monitor schema markup (structured data)
- Handle XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects
- Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content issues
- Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Perform keyword analysis and competitor research (technical perspective)
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical SEO Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with website performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
