Description:
We're a growing group of companies in the medical aesthetics field, with operations across Canada, Pakistan, the US, and beyond. We're hiring a senior recruiter to work remotely and own end-to-end hiring. The focus is primarily sales roles (SDRs, sales consultants, account managers, clinical sales), with some technical hiring (developers, product, ops) mixed in.
This isn't a single-market, single-role seat. One week you might be filling a nurse-injector or medi-spa sales role in Calgary or Toronto, the next a developer in Pakistan. We need someone who can switch contexts fast, work independently, and still hire well without needing to be in an office.
What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close) across Canada, Pakistan, and other regions, fully remote.
- Focus mainly on sales hiring (SDRs, sales consultants, account managers, clinical/aesthetic sales), with occasional technical roles (developers, QA, product, technical support).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles so we're never starting from zero.
- Write and refine job descriptions, screening scorecards, and interview structures for each role.
- Source actively through LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Job Bank Canada, Rozee, LinkedIn Jobs), referrals, and direct outreach, not just inbound applications.
- Manage candidates across time zones and coordinate interviews between hiring managers in Pakistan and Canada.
- Handle Canadian hiring nuances such as contractor vs. employee distinctions, regional licensing for clinical roles, and compliant offer terms.
- Track pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, offer-accept rate) and report on what's working.
- Partner directly with founders and department heads over video and chat to understand each role before you start sourcing.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of recruitment experience is a must, with strong sales hiring and some exposure to technical roles.
- Proven track record hiring for international markets, ideally including North America (Canada/US).
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and self-manage, staying organized and accountable without daily supervision.
- Sharp at assessing sales talent. You know what separates a closer from a resume.
- Enough technical literacy to screen developer roles when they come up.
- Excellent written and spoken English, since you'll be representing the company to candidates and clients abroad.
- Hands-on with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A reliable home setup with stable internet, a quiet space for calls, and a working webcam.
- Comfortable working hours that overlap with Canadian time zones when needed.
