Technical Sales Engineer

 

Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. This is a commission-based opportunity for a passionate and self-driven individual who will work independently to generate and convert solar project leads in Lahore and nearby areas. The position is remote/field-based with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate solar system leads through field visits, networking, referrals and your own efforts.
• Convert leads into customers by visiting sites, understanding client requirements and preparing proposals.
• Coordinate with SB Solars (Narowal office) for technical/ quotation support.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals.
• Support digital marketing by sharing customer stories, photos and local opportunities for ads.
• Stay updated with solar technologies, net metering policies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or related fields.
• Minimum 6 months experience in solar sales or technical marketing ( Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged).
• Ability to understand solar system sizes, components (inverters, panels) and pricing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
