Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading engineering solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specialized in Industrial Automation to join its Karachi Head Office. This role is designed for technically sound individuals who possess a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies and can translate complex solutions into client-focused value.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailor-made automation solutions, and driving the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role combines deep technical knowledge with sales acumen to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to assess automation needs

• Propose custom industrial automation solutions based on client requirements

• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility

• Manage pre- and post-sales activities, including technical support and system commissioning

• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
