• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements

• Provide tailored solar and power-related solutions

• Effectively communicate technical product benefits and features

• Develop strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

• A foundational understanding of solar, energy, or electrical systems (training will be provided)

• Highly motivated and confident in client interactions

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: PKR 25000 to 40000 per month

• Incentives: 2–3% commission on every sale

• Bonuses: Additional monthly bonuses for high performers

• Work Hours: Choice of two flexible shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
