Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source, screen, and assess technical candidates
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements
✅ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Requirements:
✔ Experience in technical recruitment for IT and software development roles
✔ Strong understanding of technology stacks and IT positions
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
