Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Source and attract candidates by using resume databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to submit candidates within a targeted specified time period.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Work closely with other peers in developing efficient recruitment processes.
- Additional job responsibilities as requested by the management team.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the HR and IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technical roles and requirements, including software development, network engineering, and IT support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
