Description:

Grant Manpower Ltd is looking for a performance-driven Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in the US IT market. This role is built for individuals who understand the dynamics of US-based hiring, can operate in night shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused recruitment environment.

 

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment for US clients, sourcing top-tier IT talent, and driving successful placements across multiple technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT roles across various domains.

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify high-quality candidates.

Conduct initial HR screenings and technical coordination with hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates across US time zones.

Negotiate rates, terms, and finalize offers with candidates.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for long-term engagement.

Stay updated with US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

 

Requirements

 

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment terminologies.

Excellent communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent preferred.

Experience working with US shift timings is mandatory.
