Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and attract candidates by using resume databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to submit candidates within a targeted specified time period.
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Work closely with other peers in developing efficient recruitment processes.
  • Additional job responsibilities as requested by the management team.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and requirements, including software development, network engineering, and IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively screen and assess technical resumes and candidates.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques
  • Experience with technical assessments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
