Description:

Zenkoders is looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for IT roles
• CV screening and shortlisting candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
• Assist with payroll verification and coordination
• Ensure accurate documentation and HR records
• Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and management

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in technical hiring / IT recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in CV screening and conducting screening interviews
• Basic understanding of payroll processes
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented approach
