Description:
Transcure is looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts for technical roles. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on recruitment experience in an IT company and a solid understanding of technical skill sets. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to find and evaluate the best technical talent to support Transcure's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the role requirements
Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment within an IT company
Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tech stacks
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
