Description:

Transcure is looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts for technical roles. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on recruitment experience in an IT company and a solid understanding of technical skill sets. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to find and evaluate the best technical talent to support Transcure's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the role requirements

  • Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment within an IT company

  • Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tech stacks

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
