Technical Recruiter

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

 

§ Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the Recruitment Team

§ Documenting the recruitment process from start to end.

§ Providing support to the BDM on all aspects of the recruitment process

§ Conduct research and analysis to create initiatives for new opportunities

§ Obtain contact information of potential recruiters through cold calling, internet research, and emailing.

§ Maintain a database of potential recruiters/companies' contact numbers and emails.

§ Assist senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other developments.

§ Maintain documentation of our portfolios and other assets

§ Analyze market trends and competition

§ Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided

§ Collaborate with several teams, including marketing, creative, legal, admin, and other internal teams to further improve the processes and repute of the company.

 

§ Requirements:

 

§ Very strong verbal and written communication skills

§ A hunger for learning and the ability to perform independent research to solve problems

§ Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel

§ A working knowledge of search engine optimization and/or digital marketing is preferred

§ Ability to thrive while working on multiple projects with strict deadlines

§ Ability to work well with all teams across the agency while demonstrating Ex and Next company values at all times

§ Commitment to completing work on time that meets or exceeds expectations of quality
