𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5-6 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Strong Project Management skills: planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and Python-based systems.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear project requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and backend workflows.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Skilled in writing user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools for project insights.
- Familiarity with databases, server-side workflows, and system integrations.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
