SourceTek is looking for a sharp and experienced Technical Project Manager to join one of its esteemed clients in Lahore. 🎯

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERP systems, project management, cross-functional team leadership, and the ability to turn complex technical requirements into successful business outcomes.

✅ What the role involves:

🔹 Leading technical & ERP projects from planning through delivery
🔹 Managing ERP implementations, upgrades & customizations
🔹 Developing project plans, timelines & budgets
🔹 Bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
🔹 Identifying and managing project risks
🔹 Driving UAT, training & post-launch support

✅ What the candidate should bring:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
🔹 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably with an ERP background
🔹 Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
🔹 PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a bonus 🏅
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Experience with Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
