🔍 Role Overview:
We’re seeking someone who goes beyond timelines and status updates — a hands-on, technically sound Project Manager who can:
- Act as a strong bridge between clients and development teams
- Understand backend systems well enough to guide developers and remove blockers
- Break down requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- Ensure smooth delivery through clear communication and ownership
- Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track

✅ What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Solid backend development understanding (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing software teams and client expectations
- Ability to guide teams with technical clarity, not just process
