We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in a startup environment, can manage multiple products, and ensures timely delivery, quality assurance, and release readiness in a dynamic, product-driven setup.

👨‍💼Role Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll lead Agile ceremonies, work closely with engineering teams, and take hands-on ownership of manual testing, quality validation, and release verification to ensure stable and reliable product deliveries.

📌Key Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Create and manage sprints based on product priorities and team capacity
Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Define project scope, milestones, and priorities
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and ensure timely resolution
Ensure clear task breakdowns and alignment across frontend and backend teams
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
Collaborate closely with developers to validate bug fixes
Verify new feature releases before production deployment
Ensure overall product quality, stability, and release readiness

🎯Requirements
1–2 years of experience in project management, QA, or technical coordination roles
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Hands-on experience with sprint planning and execution
Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies
Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Comfort working in startup or fast-paced product environments

Exposure to automated testing tools
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Linear, Taiga, etc.)
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
