Technical Project Manager

✅ Exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment.

✅ Strong team management skills and proven leadership across departments.

✅ Hands-on experience working directly with clients and managing expectations.

✅ Good grasp of frontend and backend technologies with the ability to bridge tech and management seamlessly.

✅ Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

✅ Must have handled a team of 12–13 members including Mobile & Web Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, and Team Leads.

✅ A strong follower of the Project Management Life Cycle and industry best practices.

✅ Ability to customize end-to-end solutions as per client and business needs.

✅ The capacity to handle pressure calmly and effectively.

✅ A good team player who promotes collaboration and growth.

✅ Minimum 6 years’ experience in both development and project management.

💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Lead and manage multiple software development projects (especially SaaS-based).

Supervise cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and focus.

Maintain top-to-bottom checklists of priorities and deliverables.

Ensure high performance across Mobile, Web, QA, and Design units.

Build and sustain client trust through effective communication and transparency.

Work confidently under pressure and ensure timely project delivery.

Manage KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

3 years of proven project management experience.

Excellent team management, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of frontend and backend development processes.

Experience using AI tools and modern project tracking platforms.

Ability to customize project solutions end-to-end for each client.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, delivery, and accountability.
