Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration and application solutions using Java (Microservices), Informatica IDMC, or SAP BTP.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning, architecture definition, and development through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Drive solution architecture discussions ensuring scalability, performance, and interoperability across systems.
- Manage integration between on-premise and cloud platforms, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Act as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) with the customer.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & MENTORSHIP
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 15–20 members, including developers, integration specialists, and QA engineers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, skill assessments, and ensure alignment of individual goals with project objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including capacity planning, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure high-quality delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
AGILE DELIVERY & PROCESS GOVERNANCE
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) — conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements and define deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates.
INTEGRATION & TROUBLESHOOTING
- Lead integration architecture and data flow design across heterogeneous systems.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex integration and performance issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of incidents.
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue detection.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendor partners to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and risk reports.
- Manage change requests, track dependencies, and communicate impacts effectively.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & INNOVATION
- Stay current with emerging technologies in integration platforms (IDMC, BTP, API management, microservices).
- Recommend and implement process optimizations, automation, and performance enhancements.
- Promote best practices in design, coding standards, and documentation.
