Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Python and React, along with experience in databases and modern software development practices. In addition to coding, you will lead a small team, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage and deliver software projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, optimization, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and design.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and promote clean, scalable solutions.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities.
