Technical Project Manager

ConnectHear is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager with over three years of professional experience in managing technology-driven projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle the entire lifecycle of tech projects—right from initial planning to execution and final delivery—ensuring timely completion and high standards of quality.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating with development, design, operations, and product teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing efficient workflows, allocating resources effectively, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and managing multiple simultaneous projects in a high-paced environment.

You must have a solid grasp of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum, and demonstrate hands-on proficiency with leading project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello. Your role will require strong leadership and communication skills to align diverse teams, monitor project metrics, and ensure continuous improvement in processes and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects

• Define project scopes, establish detailed timelines, and allocate resources efficiently

• Monitor budgets, control project risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks

• Develop and implement standardized project workflows to improve team coordination

• Coordinate between cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and client-facing departments

• Generate progress reports and ensure stakeholders are consistently updated

• Uphold project quality through frequent testing, iteration, and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical project management

• Strong command of project management platforms (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.)

• In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
