Technical Project Manager

Strugbits is actively hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee and lead its expanding portfolio of software development projects. This is a critical leadership role suited for a dynamic individual who excels in organizing, managing, and delivering high-quality software solutions across multiple teams and clients.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and should be comfortable managing several concurrent projects. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, and QA professionals—to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing end-to-end project execution from initiation to final delivery.

• Allocating tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring all deliverables align with project goals.

• Managing cross-functional development teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Coordinating directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.

• Utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms to track progress, flag risks, and maintain project documentation.

• Leading meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

• Identifying roadblocks and applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to keep projects on track.

• Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the development process.
