Technical Project Manager

Ninjas Code is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their innovative team. The role involves overseeing and managing technical projects in a MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Next.js, Node.js) environment. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery while mitigating risks and overcoming bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management (preferably in a tech company).

• Hands-on knowledge of MERN stack and related technologies.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
