As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the heart of managing agile teams, shaping cutting-edge digital products, and guiding complex projects from conception to launch. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent leadership skills, and a drive for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative digital products.

• Analyze and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.

• Lead client communications, project reviews, and feedback sessions across the lifecycle.

• Design and execute training programs for technical team members, fostering growth and development.

• Assign and supervise daily team tasks, ensuring project milestones are met with high efficiency.

• Conduct regular stand-ups to track progress, identify challenges, and maintain team momentum.

• Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth coordination across departments to maintain alignment with timelines and goals.

• Oversee deliverable quality, ensuring all outputs meet or exceed expectations.

• Manage change requests, evaluating their impact on budget, timeline, and scope.

• Lead customer acceptance processes and ensure full client satisfaction.

• Employ agile methodologies to deliver projects iteratively and adaptively.

• Research and recommend new technologies, balancing innovation with cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Project Management, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing technical projects in dynamic environments.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications (preferred).

• Deep understanding of modern Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

• Proven leadership in mentoring and supervising technical teams.

• Strong time management and organizational standards.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.

• A proactive and responsible mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
