Description:
We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager expert in Blockchain technology to join our team of experts who are passionate about building innovative solutions using Blockchain technology. Core to this need are:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for blockchain initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies, leveraging best practices in agile and traditional project management frameworks.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in blockchain and cryptocurrency to inform project strategy and decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, cryptographic protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is desirable.
