The SoftCube is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering software engineering projects while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements: • 1 - 2 years of experience in technical project management, in the software engineering industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software engineering projects, including project planning, resource allocation, task tracking, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to provide updates on progress, identify risks and issues, and resolve any project-related challenges.
• Foster effective communication with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring their availability and utilization align with project needs. • Track project budget and resource utilization, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
