Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Be present in Client calls, especially during the USA time zone.

- Create project plans for multiple projects running in parallel

- Align team and plan Sprints with team members based in Pakistan.

- Supervise and nurture team members to ensure that deadlines are met.

- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these resources.

- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
