Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable individual to take on a Technical Project Lead position within a growing professional team.
This is a selective opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply completing development tasks and take genuine responsibility for technology, project execution, team coordination and product development.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of developers, interns and trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical development activities
- Translate requirements into clear technical tasks
- Plan development milestones and project timelines
- Coordinate developers, interns and trainees
- Review code and development work
- Maintain GitHub repositories and development workflows
- Help establish appropriate technical standards and processes
- Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions
- Participate in technical hiring and candidate evaluation
- Mentor junior developers and students
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are maintained
- Prepare regular progress updates for senior leadership
- Contribute to technical architecture and technology decisions
- Ensure development work is properly documented and organized
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who also demonstrates leadership potential.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
- Strong understanding of modern web development
- Experience with one or more modern development frameworks
- Familiarity with React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Laravel or comparable technologies
- Understanding of databases, APIs and software architecture
- Strong Git/GitHub knowledge
- Experience developing and deploying applications
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and coordinate junior developers
