Technical Project Coordinator

NESL-IT is actively seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who can take charge of fast-paced, multi-faceted software development projects and drive them toward successful delivery. Based in I-10/3, Islamabad, this onsite role requires working from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, aligning with international client hours.

This role is perfect for individuals who excel at managing chaos, organizing complex workflows, and aligning cross-functional tech teams. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliveries, and well-documented execution.

You will work closely with experienced developers and product managers to maintain structured, agile workflows and keep all stakeholders updated and satisfied. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project lifecycles with a focus on timely delivery

• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals

• Track tasks, manage timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress

• Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Notion) to document and oversee work

• Conduct regular meetings, prepare status reports, and resolve any roadblocks

• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure delivery aligns with client requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations

• Support documentation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvements

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management within a tech environment

• Basic understanding of software development processes and modern tech stacks (MERN, MEAN, Python, .NET)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools like JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
