Technical Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables against established timelines.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings, documenting action items and decisions.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, providing support and addressing inquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project documentation.
• Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, key metrics, and milestones.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Escalate project issues and concerns to the project manager or relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Assist in resource allocation, tracking, and management to ensure optimal utilization.
• Support in identifying and securing necessary resources for project tasks.
• Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiencies in project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
