Technical Program Manager

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐓𝐏𝐌) who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of processes to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment. This is a visible role that involves directly working with architects, design engineers, verification engineers, and management to drive results. Responsibilities for this role will include: 

➡️ Work with engineering teams in different 𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, to 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 and 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐞 projects. 

➡️ Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver projects effectively. 

➡️ Set program milestones, track progress, communicate statuses to teams and Leadership. 

➡️ Move swiftly to identify and remove roadblocks and work with 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 to be agile 

➡️ Garner respect and influence across a 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 without having solid line management authority 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 

➡️Program Execution: Define, plan, and drive large-scale technical projects and roadmaps involving multiple engineering teams.

➡️Technical Leadership: Partner with architects and engineers to establish technical feasibility, design, and system architecture.

➡️Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central hub between engineering, product, and design teams to align on goals and ensure cohesion.

➡️Risk Mitigation: Identify dependencies, mitigate technical risks, and remove roadblocks to keep programs on track.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 

➡️ 𝐁𝐒/𝐌𝐒 in 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫/𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥/𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 

➡️𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 degree preferable.

➡️𝟏𝟎+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of work experience, including 𝟓+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 in technical leadership/management or project management.

➡️Development experience in hardware design and/or verification is a huge plus.

➡️Experience with Agile development methodology and tools. 

➡️Excellent verbal and written communication skills
