Technical Pre Sales

Description:

Arcana Info is looking for a dynamic, technically sound, and client-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized, scalable, and technically feasible solution architectures across various domains.

• Provide expert-level support during the sales cycle by addressing technical queries and overcoming objections.

• Liaise with product and delivery teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and operational capabilities.

• Support account executives in bid planning, pricing strategy, and timeline estimation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a Technical Client-Facing Role.

• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, software platforms, and system integration.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with both technical and C-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed technical documents, solution blueprints, and commercial proposals.

• Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Cisco, or equivalent is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
