Description:
Technical Operational AssistantKey Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage, configure, and maintain call routing campaigns on platforms including Leadspedia, Retreaver, and TrackDrive
- Set up, monitor, and optimize call routing flows to ensure accurate call distribution and campaign efficiency
- Monitor live and historical call performance to identify routing errors, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
- Manage and support API integrations, postbacks, and webhook configurations to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve call routing, tracking, and integration-related technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of campaign configurations, tracking parameters, and reporting data
- Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and technical teams to implement and support campaign requirements
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for call flows, integrations, and system configurations
- Ensure overall system stability, performance, and compliance with operational standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Leadspedia is mandatory
- Strong understanding of call routing logic, campaign setup, and traffic management
- Practical experience with API integrations, postback tracking, and webhook configurations
- Familiarity with Retreaver, TrackDrive, and Ringba will be considered a strong plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
