Eza-Tech is hiring a Technical Marketing & Data Specialist to drive our outbound campaigns and CRM operations. This role blends data analysis, email marketing, and automation tools like ChatGPT Pro to improve communication and campaign results.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting agencies and contractors.
Own the CRM workflows, ensuring accurate segmentation and GDPR-compliant data practices.
Use ChatGPT Pro to improve subject lines, automate reporting, and optimize campaign content.
Analyze key performance metrics: open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and list health.
Generate weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to the business team.
Daily Workflow Includes:
Reviewing campaign performance and delivery reports.
Creating, testing, and scheduling new sequences.
Segmenting lists and tagging in the CRM.
Collaborating with the business development team for content and targeting strategy.
