Department: Managing Inbound and Outbound Call Center Operations

Qualification: BS in Telecommunication, CS or Electronics.
Certification in CCNA will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• People Management/Coaching
• Resolving technical queries of TSE
• Handling senior calls when requested by the customer
• Lead and Manage the operation of the technical support campaign
• Rotational Shift timings
