Technical Head

Description:

Æ Develop and supervise preventative & corrective maintenance programs.

Æ Supervise and take follow-ups on regular vehicle performance and maintenance records from the manager.

Æ Develop training strategies for maintenance/ support staff.

Æ Supervise the availability of economic order quantity for inventory levels required for fleet maintenance efficiently and in a timely manner.

Æ Develop strategies to reduce maintenance costs.

Æ Prepares and develops annual maintenance budget; monitors and approves expenditures in accordance with the requirement

Æ Develops policies, guidelines, procedures and controls to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities.

Æ Oversees the development of short and long term department plans and programs

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Business Studies or relevant field

Experience: 10 years or above of relevant experience
