Description:
The Technical Coordinator to CEO will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments, managing technical workflows, leveraging AI tools for productivity, and keeping track of projects and performance metrics. The ideal candidate must have a technical mindset, be digitally fluent, and able to handle complex, multi-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between the CEO and internal teams for task delegation, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, communications, and action items.
- Use AI and productivity tools (e.g. Notion, ChatGPT, Trello, etc.) to optimize CEO’s workflow.
- Track KPIs, deadlines, and task completion from different departments.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure assigned tasks are delivered on time and up to standard.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for CEO review.
- Organize and maintain digital documentation and communication records.
- Support in tech-enabled research, automation, and documentation tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields).
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical coordination, project management, or executive assistant role.
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership or CEOs.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical use in business tasks.
- Proficient in task management platforms (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication (English and Urdu), time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
