Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in development to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Conduct thorough analysis of data and processes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and system manuals
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams as needed
Assist in the testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Dot Net, Angular, and React.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
