Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a team of at least 6 members
- Ensure business production from a minimum of 3 team members
- Drive sales, achieve business targets, and motivate the team
- Work effectively under pressure with strong leadership skills


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management qualities
- Target-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Sales/Marketing experience will be an advantage
