- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Takaful/Insurance sales or management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of Takaful principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
